Dive in to an in-depth training with 27 hours of video presentations and embodiment practices. Join anytime - go at your own pace!

Self-Paced! Take as much time as you need or dive-in intensely. Most learners complete it in 3-9 months (1 class per week = 9 months).
36 Classes - each class includes a 30 minute video presentation, 20 minute guided video meditation, embodiment practice, pdf handout, and printable slides. There are 11 classes per center (3 classes per type) and 3 opening/closing classes.
3 Personal Sessions with Tammy - after completing each center (11 modules) you will schedule a live virtual assessment with Tammy before moving on. These sessions are very supportive and required to receive the certification and watermarks.
