    As you become more attuned to what the essence feels like, you can call it up more frequently when you find yourself falling back into unhelpful patterns. Essence feels grounded, empowering, and vibrant. It's good for our emotional health as well as our physical health and relationships.

    I also appreciate how Hendrix’s approach can be used to understand others better, even those who may have habits that drive us crazy.
