Session Breakdown:

  • Exploring Your Primary Type’s Essence

    • Identify Your Resources: We will begin by finding resources that resonate with you and serve as your bridge to the essence of your primary type.

    • Explore the Felt Sense: Next we will tune in and notice how essence feels. We will use techniques from Somatic Experiencing, such as Felt Sense and Sensory Awareness, to observe physical sensations without judgment.

    • Anchor Essence Sensations: We will use anchoring and grounding practices to stabilize the sensation of essence as a pervasive presence throughout your body, from head to toe.

  • Integrating and Harmonizing Essences

    • Habituate Essence Practices: We will explore how to engage with essence regularly to strengthen neural pathways, spending time with each type and incorporating practices that engage all your senses—scent, sound, texture, taste, and visual cues.

    • Pendulate to Essence: Learn how to move between the stress of personality traits and the nourishment of essence. We will make a list of your limiting traits and practice using the felt sense of essence to replace them with nourishing practices.

    • Reflect and Integrate: There will be time to reflect on your unique experiences and integrate the insights and sensations into your daily life.

  • Connect with the Essence of the Other Types

    • Explore Other Types' Essence: Delve into how the essences of other Enneagram types can help address your unique patterns and limitations. Understand how these different essences can provide support and nourishment specific to your limitations.

    • Practical Application: Learn how to use the essence of other types to enhance your personal growth. Receive personalized guidance on incorporating these essences into your daily life.

    • Anchor and Integrate: Explore how to anchor these new essence sensations within your body and integrate them into your being.

  • Once availability is confirmed, I will send you a link to schedule your initial session and complete the payment for the package.

    We will schedule your second and third sessions during the initial session based on your needs and my availability.

  • You will receive an essence box with sensory materials to support your journey.

  • Engage in each session with a commitment to self-discovery and growth. Use the insights and tools from each session to make meaningful changes in your life.

The package is $400 and includes three one-hour sessions along with a workbook tailored to your primary type.
