What This Package Includes:

  • An overview of the Enneagram system, its nine personality types, and the concept of inner essence. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of how the Enneagram can enhance self-awareness and interpersonal relationships within the team.

  • Each team member will receive a personal Enneagram report before the workshop, outlining their primary type. We will discuss how to interpret these reports and their relevance to team dynamics.

  • An introduction to how the Enneagram can improve team dynamics, focusing on empathy, communication, and appreciation of diverse strengths. Participants will learn basic strategies for applying Enneagram insights in their daily interactions.

  • Interactive exercises and discussions to help team members apply Enneagram insights to real-life scenarios. This session aims to make the concepts practical and actionable.

  • I will send links to individual Enneagram assessments for each team member. Personal reports will be delivered before the workshop, offering insights into each member’s primary type.
