6-Week Program Structure
Week 1 • Survival → Essence Map
Orient the nervous system, learn the Essence Embodiment Model
Practices: vagal toning, breath-led centering, self-touch anchoring.
Week 2 • Heart Center – Types 2 & 4
Survival: fawn / collapse-freeze in the chest.
Essence medicine: Generous Warmth (2) & Creative Depth (4).
Practices: heart-rhythm breathing, “inner embrace” self-touch, imaginal resourcing.
Week 3 • Gut Center – Types 1 & 8
Survival: fight / rigid-hold in the core.
Essence medicine: Aligned Integrity (1) & Grounded Power (8).
Practices: ground-stacking, bone sensing, fascia release.
Week 4 • Head Center – Types 7 & 5
Survival: flight / head-spin freeze
Essence medicine: Spacious Joy (7) & Luminous Clarity (5)
Practices: bilateral stimulation, orienting, breath-space pairing
Week 5 • Whole-System Integration – Types 3 · 6 · 9
Survival: performance drive (3), hyper-vigilance (6), collapse-drift (9).
Essence medicine: Radiant Authenticity, Steady Trust, Harmonious Being.
Practices: rhythmic movement, fascia unwinding, three-center syncing.
Week 6 • Beyond Primary Type – Into Wholeness
Comprehensive meditation through all nine essences
Practices: guided “essence sensing” using nature imagery and somatic awareness.
